Dentist
Michael Eeds, DDS
The Navarro Dental Center office reflects Dr. Eeds’ philosophy of care. “I like to treat people the way I would want to be treated,” he said. “Our new state of the art facility was designed with the comfort of our patients in mind.” The soft tones of the new office décor help calm patients of all ages as they arrive for services. Wi-Fi access, in addition to TV and music selections are available for patients’ use. To ease the anxiety often associated with dental work, we offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) , sedation dentistry and may also offer prescriptions for relaxation. The new facility is also fully handicap accessible. We treat a lot of children and offer a special “KidZone” waiting area equipped with video games, TV and toys to help them look forward to coming to the dentist. Dr. Eeds is on staff at Navarro Regional Hospital where he treats younger children under general anesthesia.

A native of Dallas, Dr. Eeds graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington and Baylor College of Dentistry. In the practice of dentistry since 1974, Dr. Eeds is also a member of the American Orthodontic Society. Dr. Eeds updates his dental skills continually in order to bring the latest advancements in dental care to his patients. The office manager, Evie Eeds, Dr. Eeds’ wife, is joined by seven friendly, well-trained and experienced employees who provide patients high quality preventive and restorative dentistry services. Bilingual staff is also available and emergencies are seen the same day.
In their spare time, the couple enjoys traveling. Their hobby of scuba diving has taken them to many of the most beautiful places in the world−Cozumel, Mexico, Honduras, Bonaire, the Grand Cayman Islands and Key West, Florida. Mike and Evie are both certified as Master Scuba Divers. Dr. Eeds is an emergency medical technician (EMT), a diver medical technician (DMT) and a certified hyperbaric technician. Included in their travels is also a medical mission trip to Guatemala where they provided dental services for the indigenous Mayan people of that region.
Dr. Eeds owns four classic muscle cars which reflect his interest in the 1960s. He has also been the CEO of Martin Brothers Bikes, where custom motorcycles were designed and built. “He was living his mid-life dream,” Evie said. During that time the company built The Patriot Bike which won the World Bike BuildOff , and was featured on numerous shows on the Discovery Channel . “That was our 15 minutes of fame,” Dr. Eeds quipped.
Dr. Eeds and Evie are parents of grown children, son, Chad and daughter, Erika. They are members of the First Baptist Church of Corsicana. A friendship with Dr. John Gober, son of Dr. Ralston Gober, brought the Eeds to Corsicana. “We came to visit and liked the small town atmosphere,” Dr. Eeds said. This couple, who went to the same big town, Dallas high school, is now looking forward to investing in the future of Corsicana.

Joshua Haden, DDS
Why I Love Being A Dentist “For me, the profession of dentistry has many rewarding qualities that provide both, job satisfaction and a sense of personal accomplishment. The ability to relieve pain for my patients, working with patients to solve complex dental problems, and giving patients that smile they always wanted all invoke a feeling of professional success. However, the most fulfilling aspect is that of creating long-term relations, and dare I say, friendships between myself and my patients.
I attended Navarro College and UT Tyler to attain a Bachelor’s in Biology; UT Houston School of Dentistry for my doctorate, and an Advanced General Dentistry residency at Fort Benning, Ga. Professional associations include OKU dental honor society, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and active membership in the 6th Dental district. I have served as president of the 6th dental district and have been a member of the TDA House of Delegates since 2010. Continuing education is of highest importance to me. CE includes Preceptorship in Dental Implantology from UT San Antonio School of Dentistry, laser dentistry certification from the Academy of Laser Dentistry, as well as a multitude of courses in operative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and periodontics.
As for my personal background, my family has been in the Dresden/Blooming Grove area for six generations, having strong ties to our community and church. My wife, Laura, is the 6th grade English/Language Arts teacher in Blooming Grove and has taught there since 2007. Laura and I have 3 children: Kate, Claire, and Nate. Kate attends Texas Tech, majoring in speech pathology and Claire and Nathan attend Blooming Grove Schools. My family is my life’s work and I enjoy every minute with them. We actively serve in our church as Christians are called to do. Being a dentist affords opportunities to serve in this facet of my life as well. As much as dentistry comes with heavy responsibilities and obligations, it offers ultimate job satisfaction and this truly is a blessing.”

Sameh Alzayat, DDS
Dr. Sameh “Sam” Alzayat knows that he has the best job in the whole world! He enjoys working with children, and helping parents understand their children’s dental needs. He uses his extensive experience to provide the highest level of dental care in a gentle, compassionate manner. Dr. Sam graduated from Loma Linda University School of dentistry in 2004. He remained there as an Assistant Clinical Professor from 2004 to 2005. He then moved to Killeen, Texas and worked as a General Dentist from 2005 to 2008. During this time, Dr. Sam developed a strong interest and passion for treating children of all ages. In 2008, he returned to Loma Linda University, where he furthered his education in pediatric dentistry. In June 2010, Dr. Sam received his advanced education Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Loma Linda University. His training has given him extensive experience in all aspects of pediatric dental care, including caring for infants and patients with special needs. Dr. Sam’s goal is to be a positive influence in children’s lives and to empower them to take pride in their smiles and their oral health.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
When he is not chasing his toddler son, Ramses, around, he enjoys playing basketball, wake-boarding, and the great outdoors.

Christopher Richardson, DDS
As a Dallas-Fort Worth resident for over 20 years, Dr. Chris Richardson and his family are proud to call Texas their home. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University in 2005 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2011.
His commitment to excellence in dental care means Dr. Richardson stays current with all dental procedures through continuing education classes, dental workshops, and respected dental journals such as the Journal of the American Dental Association. He is also a proud and current member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society.
Dr. Richardson is married to his lovely wife Jessica as well as a father to two young boys. He is a strong believer in community service and making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of his patients and the people around him.

DR. Neal Jones, DMD

Dr. Jones graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2004. He practiced dentistry with the United States Air Force until 2010. Dr. Jones philosophy is derived from the Air Force core values of integrity, service and excellence. He strives to provide quality and pain-free dentistry to his patients with an honest and fair approach.
Dr. Jones has been trained in many sub- specialties of dentistry in order to offer the best patient care available. He completed a General practice Residency in dentistry that provided him the opportunity to offer such services as root canals, sedation dentistry, teeth removal including wisdom teeth, implant dentistry and routine dental care (Fillings, Crowns, Cleanings). He is committed to quality, and this is why he completes more than the state requirements for continuing education yearly. One of his most recent continuing education courses was detailed in Full-Mouth rehabilitation.
When not providing excellent care to his patients, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his three beautiful children: Chloe, Carly and Calum. You can find Dr. Jones out in the sun on his boat, fishing, or enjoying a baseball game when he is not serving his patients.

Dr. Shawn Nemovi
Dr. Nemovi received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. After practicing for several years he was awarded the opportunity to attend school at the University of West Virginia, in order to complete an advanced one-year Periodontal Preceptor Surgery Residency where he received training in complex Implant surgery, full mouth extractions, tissue grafting, sinus lifts, and bone augmentation surgeries.
Dr. Nemovi has served as part-time clinical faculty at the West Virginia College of Dentistry as Clinical instructor and clinical evaluator for 3rd and 4th year dental students. He was also a guest lecturer presenting different topics in Cosmetic and Surgical Dentistry.
Furthermore, he has completed an extensive training in IV moderate conscious sedation in order to better treat his anxious patients not only for surgery but also for simple procedures such as fillings and cleanings. He currently holds dental licenses in 3 different states. He has advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry (including Veneers & Lumineers®) and holds an advanced level Invisalign certificate.
He has completed advanced training at the Pikos Institute for Advanced Implant Soft Tissue Grafting, Advanced Bone Grafting, Sinus grafting for implants, American Academy of Facial Esthetic for Botox and Dermal Fillers and more.
Dr. Nemovi is a certified piano instructor and music composer. He has composed and arranged music in different genres including jazz, classical, house, R&B and modern music. His compositions were played on OKC FOX Morning News.

Dr. Karthikeyan Subramani
Dr. Karthikeyan Subramani is a dedicated orthodontist committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized care and advanced treatment techniques. He believes every patient deserves a beautiful smile and takes pride in building lasting relationships while delivering exceptional orthodontic care.
Dr. Subramani earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University in India, followed by a Master of Science in Biomedical Nanotechnology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom. He later completed his Master of Science in Dentistry, Certificate in Orthodontics, and Certificate in Craniofacial Research at the University of Kentucky.
An accomplished clinician and researcher, Dr. Subramani has received several prestigious honors, including the Milo Hellman Award—the American Association of Orthodontists’ highest recognition for orthodontic research—as well as the AAO Biomedical Research Award and the Robert M. Ricketts Sunflower Orthodontics Fellowship Award.
Dr. Subramani is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO). Since 2015, he has been helping patients of all ages achieve healthier, more confident smiles through customized orthodontic treatment.
Outside the office, Dr. Subramani enjoys fitness, hiking, movies, and road trips with his family. He and his wife are proud parents of two children and enjoy making memories together through travel and outdoor adventures.
